Ideal for set designers, cabinet makers, or anyone needing large, flexible, temporary build space in a messy, light industrial setting.

All temporary spaces are ground floor with incredible access via two large roller shutters and 1.2 metre walkways. Your access is all-hours.

There is a loading bay and free parking available on site for the duration of your hire.

Temporary spaces are available empty but workbenches can be provided if needed.
